Application Brief

Selfie Application: is a Self-Service application that mainly develped for Human Resources Departments Heads.

Employee can attend (check in / out) using (GPS location, scanning an external QR system by the camera, OR scan a supervisor can scan the QR of the employees).

Employee can request anything amonth requests that the organization afford.

The application is developed and maintained not for one organization but for serveral organizations, each organizations has therir own servers, database, data, etc.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Name, application password and any other requested by admin of the application. As the application is made for Human resourses department to manage employees and allow self service requests.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:

Biometric data (may be used in the future to be a convenient way to login instead of the user name and password).

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
As we're providing a Self-Service application for HR, it's an option needed nowadays to check in / out (for attendance) even though no fingerprint machine exists, just be around the company location and you can check in / out.

Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera (by using camera as QR Scanner you can check in / out, it's another way using an external QR generator system), and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Simply: We do not process anything with your information as it mainly maintained by the Organization Admin.

In Short: As mentioned before, we are not process any data, as it's owned to the organization on their own servers.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. In Short: All rights are granted by the Application admin in your organization (Mainly the HR Department manager).

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
